PROJECT BRIEF
SCOPE + STORYThe Westfield San Francisco Centre is an upscale shopping mall located in San Francisco, California, managed by the Westfield Group and co-owned by Westfield and Brookfield Asset Management. Since its major renovation in 2006, Westfield has continued to create a premier shopping experience through its combination of historic architecture and contemporary interior features.
One major feature that surfaceLAB™ was asked to create was a complex thermoformed information desk and pedestal made from solid surface. The design also included the Westfield logo machined into the surface and filled with a red-colored resin.
