SCOPE + STORYJVC Architects contacted surfaceLAB™ regarding the feasibility of fabricating a 30′ × 90′ complex thermoformed curtain wall from solid surface. Since this type of project had never been attempted before, it was an opportunity for surfaceLAB™ to show their wide-ranging capabilities.
surfaceLAB™ provided the original CAD files, shop drawings, 3D printed feasibility models, thermoforming tooling, and installation.
