SPECIFICATION
PROCESS · RESULT · APPLICATIONC.1 / PROCESS
Using advanced CNC-machining, we can replicate almost any pattern provided to us.
C.2 / RESULT
When using Carved Panels™ made from solid surface, the material’s natural translucency creates a spectacular effect, especially when backlit. Patterned surfaces in other materials, like wood, add depth and can reveal and enhance the material’s natural character and beauty.
C.3 / APPLICATION
Carved Panels can be wall features, corridor panels, reception desks and back walls, bar fronts, commercial furnishings, elevator panels, and more.
NOTES
FORM · PATTERN · LIGHTAdd Elements of Elegance and Texture to Solid Surface
We have the ability to make very small panels or an entire wall or corridor. Utilizing solid surface, we can thermoform the Carved Panels™ after the pattern is created in the surface to wrap around columns or corners.
While our available patterns in Carved Panels™ are offered as affordable choices, we still have the ability to create almost any custom pattern replicated from designs provided to us.
When using Carved Panels™ made from solid surface, the material’s natural translucency creates a spectacular effect when wall panels are backlit, exposing the pattern. Backlighting Carved Panels™ in solid surface creates an interesting effect when lit and unlit panels are used alternately.
PATTERN CATALOG
23 PATTERNSPatterns in the Carved Panels™ series are sculpted into ½″ thick sheets of solid surface. Standard panel dimensions are 29½″ × 120″ (749 mm × 3048 mm). Also available in custom sizes to fit your environment. Samples shown here were photographed with key lighting from approximately a 45° angle, to create shadowing that would accentuate the carved relief.

Custom patterns available on request.
